The "Boy's Book Club" read Maniac Magee and they really enjoyed it. Jaleel says it was "off the chain"...I think that means he liked it! Anthony and Derrick said it was sad toward the end, so be prepared (maybe with some kleenex)! Dametrius says the "end will keep you wondering", and all the boys agree that Mr. Spinelli should write a sequel to this great story. They also all recommend that this book be read!
